General Hospital Rules and Reminders
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients and staff, please observe the following rules and reminders:

No Smoking: Our hospital is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited within the hospital premises.

Quiet & Respectful Environment: To promote a healing environment and for you to receive the best care, please keep noise levels to a minimum and be courteous and polite to your healthcare team.

Cleanliness & Preservation of Hospital Property: Help us maintain a clean and respectful environment by disposing of trash properly and handling hospital property with care. Any damages to the room or any hospital property (e.g. vandalism, tears in sofas), whether deliberate or unintentional, shall be charged accordingly.

Medications: If you have brought your home medications, please endorse them to the nursing staff for proper administration. However, all other prescribed medicines shall be purchased at the hospital’s pharmacy to ensure safety and quality of medicines.

Personal Belongings: Secure your personal belongings and valuables. The hospital is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Beware of Scammers: Avoid making financial transactions with strangers over social media, text, or phone calls. All payments to the hospital and doctors must be made in person at the Accounting Office (G/F Main Building). The hospital will not be liable for any consequences or adverse events resulting from transactions made outside of the hospital’s Accounting Department.
